MVP Properties is a family-run South Carolina real estate company headquartered in Spartanburg. We own and manage every property we lease: nearly 200 commercial spaces across 20+ retail centers, Fast Point Food Stores convenience locations on high-traffic corridors, HiBridge Self-Storage, and residential communities, totaling more than 300 units across four states. Because we own what we manage, decisions happen fast: flexible lease terms, quick turnarounds on build-outs, and a leasing team you can actually get on the phone. Every property is owner-operated, with a focus on the tenant and a desire to never lose a lease. Our tenants range from national brands to first-time business owners opening their first storefront, and our favorite thing is watching a small business grow inside one of our centers.
